Notes Element - one to many

Sorry, is there a way to use this element to make the notes entered are visible in all lines that have the same key ... but which is not primary?
I want the notes added on a line to be displayed in the other lines belonging to the same group. I have to manage payment installments and when an installment is paid, it is hidden for the user and consequently the notes must be visible on the next installment.

With the notes element the notes are linked to one record.

How do you set an installment to be paid?
At this point you may also alter the FK element in your notes table to the id of the "next installation"

Edit:
Maybe you can use the "Where" field and "Where value or statement"
I didn't try and I don't know if you can use placeholders in "Where value..."
