Hep hep...
Back working on Fabrik for the first time in about 4 years... it's slowly coming back to me...

Re: https://fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?threads/calc-element-data-in-csv-file.46254/

I'm having the same issue - when exporting the csv file it shows the placeholders, not the data.

I've set 'calc on save', and when that failed to work (it actually hides the concat text in the list completely) tried the other calc options one by one as well... no dice.

I've just noticed it's doing something similar for a dropdown element. In the csv file, the value is showing, not the label.

I'm using the latest Joomla and Fabrik (both downloaded yesterday).

Any eye deers?
Thanks

I can't replicate.
With "only calc on save"=no (the default) it's exporting the calculated string
With "only calc on save"=yes it's exporting the value stored in the DB (which may be empty if you e.g. added the calc element to a list with existing records and you didn't save each single record) .

What are your exact CSV export settings?
Are you sure you don't have a typo in your placeholder?
Are the elements used in your calc shown in list view or set to "Always render" in element's list view settings (e.g. your dropdown element)?

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
