PDF Template

This is probably something really simple but for the life of me I cannot figure it out ( dont know much about php)

I have a PDF template (duplicated list template) but there are filter hyperlinks at the top (add, group by etc) which I would like to get rid of so all I have is the Title and the list underneath. (existing pdf attached)

I would also like to have the table fit the page.

Could someone please point me in the right direction as I have no idea where to start?

I have the same problem and another:

I have german Text in the lists, but in the PDF are the german vowel mutations (Umlaute) are not right shown.

With a bit of playing - I have managed to sort this!!

In fabrik3.0 buttons and filters are omitted automatically in the PDF, it seems it didn't make it into fabrik3.1.

Fit list: try to set PDF orientation=landscape

Umlaute: can't get it working in fabrik3.1
(in 3.0 you have to force dompdf to use arial font, e.g. with custom CSS, something like
#listform_$c {font-family: arial;}
but it doesn't work here; PDF is loading the custom css - tested with color:red)
