Problem width validation element in multi-page mode

Hello
on a site in joomla 3.2 with fabrik 3.1, I have 2 forms. First there is a single group with validations on almost all elements of the form and everything works well. On the second form, there are several groups and as soon as I add a validation on an element, the form no longer operates in multi-page mode and no radio button or checkbox either.

how to make it also works in multi-page with mode witdh different groups?

sur un site en joomla 3.2, avec fabrik 3.1, j'ai 2 formulaires. Le premier il y a un seul groupe avec des validations sur la quasi totalit? des ?lements du formulaire et tout marche bien. Sur le second formulaire, il y a plusieurs groupes et d?s que j'ajoute une validation sur un ?lement, le formulaire ne fonctionne plus en mode page multiple et plus aucun bouton radio ou checkbox non plus.

comment faire pour que cela marche aussi dans le mode page multiple avec plusieurs groupes ?

make screenshot or short video using CamStudio and give us a link

Hello,
I downloaded the latest update fabrik as indicated above from github. I created a test form and I made (faster and also visual) screenshots. The first 3 pictures is the form without validation, the first group, then second and finally last. The last is the form after adding a validation emailexist.
If I put a notempty validation, it's the same.

J'ai t?l?charg? depuis github la derni?re mise ? jour de fabrik comme indiqu? ci-dessus. j'ai cr?? un formulaire test et j'ai fait des copies d'?cran (plus rapide et tout aussi visuel). Les 3 premi?res images c'est le formulaire sans validation, premier groupe, puis second et enfin dernier. La derni?re c'est le formulaire apr?s avoir ajout? une validation emailexist.
Si je met une validation notempty, ?a fait pareil.

I made the same on my local Fabrik and everything works fine.
Please check each group if "Pagination - multi page forms" is set correctly.

Some components can they get in conflict?
