problem with link to details after update 646

After the last GitHub update (646), my link buttons to the detail view don't show anymore on my list, even though the access level is set to "Public".

It seems that it is the "editing" access level that is taken into account because if I login as Super User, the buttons show.

I can't replicate this one with edit = super admin and view = publc.
Could you point me at the page? I guess I already have a login

This was fixed some ago.
