Send Telegram message on Form Submission

Is there any plugin or script how to send the data or parts of a form to Telegram on a form submission.

Or does anyone have an idea how to succeed with these on our own in Fabrik?

I know there is a Fabrik Twitter plugin, and I would believe that a Telegram plugin would be VERY similair - except we don't need to send "a message/tweet" but whatever is submitted in the specific form from the user, all fields or the one we pick.

This function is popular and does exist in many systems, like Fluent Forms for WP.

Even Balbooa Forms for Joomla allows this...

You can use a php form plugin to do nearly whatever you want.
