Show search filters in form tmpl too

Hi!
Is it possible to show search filters in form view too. After I find what I want and click on it , filters go away. Can we still have them on top?

Not really, no.

There may be some creative way of doing this, using a separate search form in a module position (or including both forms as content plugins) but nothing built in that lets you use list filters on a form page.

The modules seems to be a good solution. But where do I find it?
I created a new module and it has only Fabrik list Module, and a fabrik form module.
Do I have to intall a search module?

Nope, you'd have to build your own search form.

How many, and what type, elements do you need to search on?
