i know that there is this option but cannot find it
basicallu in list view i want to be able to select yes or no for that column

Hi there

This is a setting in the element under List view. There, you can set if the element is included in the filters or not and which way it is displayed there.

that's what i look for
it is enabled, as dropdown..don0t know what else to check
may be there is some setting to enable before in list or form?

But if you didn't change the default settings the filter block should show up automatically if you enable filtering for at least one of your list elements.
