Sort on heading click doesn't work

In the 3.1b 141 release, nothing happens when I click on any of the headings I have set as sortable. Looking at the link, it's simply a link to href="#"

This only occurs in the front end - sorting works fine in the admin area.

seems to work ok for me, except that the icons themselves were missing. If you update from github that should be fixed.
For the actual, not ordering part, can you post a url to the page so I can check what is happening, its normal that the href property is # - the ordering is triggered via javascript.

I tested on your site and could order Associations by 'Association' or 'manager' without issue.
