Syntax {tablename___elementname}

I am trying to get some dynamic data into an email from a form and I'm unsure about this syntax.

Is the large ____ between the two three underscores, two underscores. I can't work this out.

This is 3 underscores. If you're using a recent version of Fabrik, on your Elements page you'll find the complete elements' names directly (table___element).
