Time shifts in the Fabrik e-mails using placeholder

Hello community!
I am sending e-mail to with some info and the time of his submission. Time is fetched from the DB using Fabrik placeholders. Time is stored as UTC in the date Fabrik field. Time shows correctly in the lists and forms but when sending it through E-mail using placeholder, I am facing time shift (+my TZ).

Confirmed.
{date_element} is showing 2x time offset (formatted in list format)

Which is "correct" in relation to {date_element_raw}, because this is showing UTC + time offset instead of UTC (formatting = "2014-09-03 11:04:00" with timeselector off or "2014-09-03 11:04:00, 11:04" with time selector on)

No difference if it's used in message field, article or using debug.php or debugwithlabels.php

Thank you, Troester! So it is a bug? ({date_element} is showing 2x time offset formatted in list format))
Temporary setting placeholder to {date_element_raw} helps, but hear is another problem - in my e-mail time arrives in the format: 2014-09-04 10:10:11 but I need it to be 04.09.2014 10:10:11.
How to achieve this?
