I've fully updated Ghitub. UTF-8 has been fixed but now the Yes/No plugin has disappeared in frontend.

Ooops, I think that might be a little bug I just introduced, fixed in this commit:

https://github.com/Fabrik/fabrik/commit/07e99bef1b43dad7f718c565d3b24bf505ce3b75

Rather than doing a complete github update, you could just modify those files by hand. Basically replace frontEndAdd with frontEndSelect.
