Where do I place a Fabrik plugin override?

I use the Github version of the Juser plugin in order to get activation email in html.
Can I place this juser.php file somewhere in [template]/html directory as an override? I tried different options, but unfortunately it didn't work... What would be the right structure? Thanks in advance.

You can't pick a core file from GitHub, you must do a complete GitHub update.
You can add layout overrides
