    I tried to see if I could understand it... my site is http://free.itutor.sg/ which is a sub-domain. Can I assume public_thml/free is the J!root? It's an unix server and the permission for ./cache is 755. Just googled the web and 755 means you can do anything with the file or directory...

    my experience is that these empty things could be inserted by editor (most likely by tinyMCE). felixcak's reply #15 sounds the same.

    checked three browsers-- firefox: okay :) the popup won't go to the maximum left, just a bit left than main screen chrome: okay:p and better than firefox to my opinion IE: the trouble maker:mad: yup can drag it out in big a screen to show all columns, but additional drag action is not IE...
