When viewing the data in a list under the admin section, the add button doesn't show. The strange thing is that it was there previously and I successful added 100+ entries before it disappeared. I checked and rechecked my access levels under the list settings and set everything to public, but still can't get it to show. I've tried different access levels with no luck. I'm at a complete loss as to why. I feel that I missing something really obvious. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you fill in your My Sites (look to the left of any of your posts), so we cna log in and take a look? Just the URL and a backend login, we shouldn't need ftp or phpMyAdmin.

You add "Show Add" set to No:
... and as per the tooltip "is set to No, the Add row button will be hidden, even if tthe viewer has ACL access to add records".
