You have a repeat group.

Repeat groups are actually separate tables, in a one-to-many join. So you get multiple rows, which share the data for the main (parent) table row, and the individual row data for the child table rows.

If you want to condense it into a single row, edit the List settings, Data, Joins, and set Display Mode to "merge and reduce".
