Add Joomla User Name into form results

Hi -

I'm new to Fabrik & have been successful with some simple forms but now I ask for some help.

Not sure if what I need to do is possible in Fabrik but I have searched and struck out.

I have a form where a registered (joomla) person submits answers to a couple of questions and it emails to the organization.

Is it possible to have their name automatically added to the submitted form results that are emailed?

I appreciate any help you can give to point me in the right direction.
