Add the "trim empty concats" option for the CCD element

Hi all,

I read in this thread that Rob added this useful option for the database join element.
I wonder if it could be possible to insert an equivalent option for the cascading dropdown plugin too.

Yes, it would be possible, alhough you'll notice that this was done for a Pro user. It's still a fair amount of work to add options, even if it's duplicating working done on another element.
