Adding/Editing Records via Form - Loading .............

This is one of those horrible problems that appears to be linked to specific browsers on certain OS platforms.

It was reported on the latest IOS release on all browsers but I can also replicate the issue on Windows 10 Creators edition with EDGE browser but it works fine on the same machine on Chrome. Android 5 and Chrome also OK.

The error is that the user cant save a new record or update an exiting record, they just get the spinning icon and loading....

I am on 3.8 of Fabrik and latest production version of Joomla. It has worked successfully in the past.

Help please, where do I look?

Do you have a link to your form?
Seems you are the only one reporting this.
I can't see an issue with EDGE.

So do a github update. I'm trying to get things stable so I can do a 3.8.1 release which will roll that and a few other fixes in.

I updated the two js files linked to the item you reference. This resolved the issue on EDGE. It also resolved the issue with Chrome on iPad. Still issues with Safari and latest Firefox on ipad.

Issue seems to relate to popup window used to capture data. Occasionally I didn't get it and a full screen form was presented. That worked more robustly. Is there any way to force the full screen form instead of the popup.

Disable AJAX links on the form.

Unfortunately I don't have an iThing to test with.

I have disabled Ajax usage and all is well, Before I did though we did find that Safari and Chrome on iPad were both operational.
