Hi, is it possible to send an attachment with the mail option in the list plugin col_update?

Nope. Although you can run post-update code, so you could do it yourself. We have a helper, FabrikWorker:;sendMail(), which you can pass an array of absolute file paths to as the attachments.
Or, if you want to send the same attachment to all recipients, I could make a small tweak to the code so you could set $this->attachment in the pre-eval code, and if it's set, we could add it to the mail. But if you needed to send a different attachment to every user (like, say, the file from an upload element in the row being processed) you'd need to handle that yourself. It could be added as an option, but a lot more work than just letting you set a single array of files in the pre-update code.

Next time I'm working on the update_col code I'll add it. Can't promise when that will be. If you'd like to take out a paid sub, I could bump it up the priority list.
