Are you using the "Standard" method?
Basic answer, I don't know. That's one of our oldest element types, and much of the code for the simple image option was contributed by some users. Very few people use the 'standard' method, they typically use Recaptcha or Playthru, for which we just use the markup the respective API's hand us.
Let me know what markup you'd like for the standard method, and I'll make it so. Although looking at the code, I only where we put in one <br />, between the image and the input box.

Yes I an using the standard method. If it was wrapped in divs and given classes like any other fabrik input field that would be great. Obviously then the brs can be removed. On some sites I use a smaller image and field size, allowing everything to be inline would look better in those cases.
