[bug] element settings corrupted when saved before AJAX loads SOLVED

I ran into a bizarre problem with a databasejoin element and then found out that the value/label settings were cleared after changing and saving some settings. This seems to be due to the settings saving before the AJAX call which loads the value & label settings could complete.

Well the mechanism was already there in the edit element page, just wasn't plugged in for some JFormField types, issue should be fixed now in git
