[BUG] table display bug

I found the bug causing table display to crash with the "Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string" error. Details (and fix) in this thread:

Summary: fencepost error in addDetailsLink(), causing any form with the table level 'add details link' option selected to crash when displayed.

Hi Hugh

The issue wasnt with the addDetailsLink function link itself, but the fact that it was being called twice (when it was only needed once) and the second time the data being passed to in was in a different structure.

Should be fixed as of SVN revision 134

Ah HAH! That explains it. I was a little puzzled as to how that function could have ever worked if the fencepost error was for real. But it was DEFINITELY reading off the end of the world.

Just as well I prefaced that fix with "I may not be fixing the root cause", LOL!
