BUG: vizualisation access fails

Hi,

I think we've got an issue in both 308 and 309 releases.
I've created a google chart vizu and set the access level to a registered users only.

Even if i'm not connected and belong to the public user level, I can see the chart. This is the same for the calendar.

Could someone have a check on that please and confirm this is a bug?
