Can't save new element

I'm trying to add a new element to a list/table, and the form keeps telling me to 'select plug-in' although I have one selected.

I have attached a screenshot.

I'm not sure where to look in logs or begin to find the root of the problem.

Can you help?

I'll need to get in to the backend on your site. Can you fill out your My Sites (link to the left of any of your posts), with the details I need? For now, just URL to the back end, and a super admin login.
