I have several lists with date fields that are to be filled in later on, after something occurs (like invoice paid).
First user creates record but can't touch these fields. User with higher access populates them later.
However, when the first user creates a new record, these fields all have the current date in them, even though their access level is supposed to prevent that user from even seeing that field, much less putting a date in. In contrast, if the second user leaves it blank, it saves as blank.
Default to current date is set to no and always return current date is set to no.
I would appreciate any insight, this is driving me nuts.
