date element with table layout bug

Good morning everyone,
i just downloaded the latest GIT zip and uploaded the date element as i was having a
layout error with the pop up calendar.
As you can see on the image below, i can click on the calendar icon, but the headers / td elements
of the table are broken. I inpsected the HTML elements and found out that the calendar is based
on the dynatech solution but could not find a site where i can download that JS file.

So my questions are, if we are stuck to this calendar or can use another one?
Or if you know how i can fix the layout problem.

Joomla: latest version
Template: virtuemart template with bootstrap
Fabrik Form layout: standard bootstrap

It works OK with both of our reference templates, which is the out-of-box Protostar (for Bootstrap v2) and Joomlart's Purity III, for BS v3, using our collection of v3 template overrides, which are in a seperate github repo.

Can you temporarily switch to Protostar, see if it works?

And if your site template uses Bootstrap v3, try using these overrides ...

https://github.com/Fabrik/bootstrap3-jlayouts

... by copying them to the location specified, but substitute your template folder for /purity_iii/.
