Dropdown filter is not always working ok

Hi, I have a filter as dropdown. This dropdown has some options. When I selecet any option it works ok because filters correctly the records required, but there is only one option that it cannot filter (it seems returning all of of the records and not only the required ones). Why? What could be the problem?

I have solved by replacing the dropdown filter with the multiselect one.

There is a dropdown including: option 1, option 2 and option 3.
E.g.: when I filter option 2 and option 3, the list return only the records with option 2 or option 3. When I filter option 1, the list return maybe every record (so not only option 1).

That issue was solved by using a filter multiselect.
