Error on form submission

One of my forms has started trying to go to a weird URL after submission. The form posts the data ok, but then tries to go to this url...

I have recently updated my whole site to HTTPS and have force HTTPS set in global config, and thought that may be the problem, but I have two other forms with the same type of fields and validation scripts that do not have this problem.

I used the redirect plugin to stop the problem

It will be down to having something, somewhere hard coded with http://. Without a specific redirect plugin, we'll be using the referring URL to build the redirect URL, and because the schema doesn't match, somewhere in our code were thinking we need to prepend the site root again.

But yes, it's usually best to have a redirect plugin anyway.
