Export to CSV Download Button not showing

Hi When I click the Export to CSV button nothing happens - it simply adds a hash to the URL like this
/index.php/mystaff#
Any ideas?
I'm using J.3.3.6 Fabrik 3.2 and a Warp 7 Yootheme Template
The CSV Export worked fine on localhost with Protostar Template is there some mootools / jquery conflict on the popup? How can I fix this?

Yes, sounds like a JS problem.

If you run Firefox with Firebug, or Chrome's devtools, do you see any JS errors?

Yes it was to do with that particular yoo-theme template I changed to another and it works fine.
