Fabrik Bootstrap3 incompatibility issues after upgrade to J.3.6.2 & F.3.5

OK, well I asked because I checked that form / groups, and none of those groups had page break enabled in the group settings. I set that to Yes for the second two groups on the form, and it works fine:

Yes, I could see that it is working fine. Great !!!
This is something that was not working in Fabrik 3.3.3+
I tryed the same configs and you can see that in old.iluflex.com.br
Therefore I totally forgot to check if pagebreak was enabled.

well, then there are 2 more things:
One is the fileupload element that I could workaround, so it?s +/- ok.

Other is javascript for hiding and showing other elements, depending on chackbox option chosen.
To see that working fine in Fabrik 3.3.3 go to old.iluflex.combr/ir-lib-templates/newtemplate
go to passo 4 (step 4) and click on IC-211 and IC-314. You will see 2 additional fields being hidden or displayed.
In fabrik 3.5 I couldn?t make that work the same way.
the "on load" event is ok, the problem is in the "on-click" event.
Any idea how to solve that ?
