Google map element - static map sometimes not shown

I thought I'd already mentioned those JS errors, maybe that was on another thread.

Need to see if Rob has any idea about that, as I have no clue why the "popover is undefined" is happening. What that tipsBootsStrapMock.js (which is our code) does is extend the standard Bootstrap tooltip stuff so we can do tooltips with Bootstrap "popover" dialogs. So popover should definitely be defined, as it's part of BS. I tried switching the site to Protostar, but I still get those errs.

But yeah, those errors will be short circuiting our JS loading, and screwing anything that uses JS on the page.
