How to add Javascript declaration to element (e.g. calc) without set event?

...and nothing? Just when call by custom button?

As per that wiki page, just add a file form_X.js (replace X with your numeric form ID) in ./components/com_fabrik/js. That will get included whenever your form is loaded. Define functions in that, which you can then call from anywhere.
