How to add TAGs to your dropdown selection

Hi, I have a dynamic form as explain below:

Country / State / City

Obviously, first step is to select the country. Based on the selection via cascading a list of states within that country will show. Next once selecting the state, a list of cities within the sate will show.

I would like to be able, so that when someone selects a city, a few tags will auto show up providing him/her with some extra input

Example:

USA --> California --> Sacramento (TAGS: Hot weather, Capitol)
Once the Sacramento has been selected I would like several TAGS to automatically show up next to it.

Is this doable, and how?

There's a 'Display element' setting for showing additional informations.
Or maybe with Concat label or an additional dbjoin (with ajax update) or CDD element.

I found CONCAT label, however if I do that all cities will have the same TAGs I entered on the "or CONCAT label" field

however, i could not find "display element" where is that?

However, as far as I understand what you want, neither the display element nor concat label will do well for you. Seems to me as if @troester's hint on "an additional dbjoin (with ajax update) or CDD element" is the way to go.
