How to transpose data (switch columns and rows)

I have a list as shown in the attached picture. How do I make server 1, server 2 and server 3 appear as rows and show dates as columns? Is it possible? I'm using Joomla 3.3 and list is generated by fabrik extension.

Make your columns "server", "checked_by", and "check_date" or similar... then fill in the values as they are updated however you see fit... then in the list group by server and order (or reorder) by as needed.

Actually the list is already created based on the existing table.
Columns in the table are: id, date, checkedby, server1, server2, server3.
Values in columns are: autoincrement, date, user name, and then either 1 or 0 for servers.

Have you tried the 'pivot' list plugin?

It's kind of basic (like, no pagination), but it does what you are asking about.
