Login is working for me. I remember some time ago I have had issues with cookies when logging in . Try browser incognito mode and see if that makes any difference.

You can update from GitHub.
It should be also possible to do a first Fabrik installation via GitHub (upload the files and use Joomla Extensions Discover)
If you have an older package you can install it and do a Joomla update.

Or you can copy/paste (e.g. screeshots) or drag/drop files from explorer window directly
