Integration of admin.fabrik.html.php

I've done a very simple variation in admin.fabrik.html.php
adding the link to settings...

Hi Rob,
of course...
I've add the link to "...index2.php?option=com_fabrik&task=settings" at the end of the others links "connections | tables | Forms | Groups |......."
naturally it takes the variable "_SETTINGS" so it can use for any language.

Yeah. I'd actually already done that but not committed it. It's in SVN now.

Sergio's Italian translation is now in SVN as well.
