Internet Explorer 11 issue

I have created a search form and whenever I click ?Search? I get a joomla 404, after which if I hit F5 to refresh I get the results. I do not get this issue with chrome or Mozilla or ios.

I have recreated this issue on the site:

http://centralplexis.com:8080/imdb

Select ?Search? and use the statecode ?FL? to reproduce the error.

I am using the latest Joomla and Fabrik at the time of writing. PHP version is 5.6.23-1
