Is it possible to add the KML overlay to the regular google maps element?

I'm trying to figure out if I can have the same KML overlay I use in one of my visualizations on the regular google map element I use in one of my lists. I have a map with polygons and I want to be able to get the polygon info along with the geocoded address data to come into the list when someone is adding a record.

I don't see any settings in the google map element to add the KMl overlay like you see in the visualization. Any help on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.

Nope, there's nothing built in to add layers to the map element, only the viz.

You could probably do it yourself with some custom JS.

Or we could add it as a feature to the map element as billable work.
