Minor problems copying lists

Hi,

When copying a list, the form button labels do not have their language replacement values from the ini file.

I get "COM_FABRIK_FIELD_COPY_BUTTON_LABEL_DEFAULT".

Secondly, is it possible, when copying a form, to clone the form being copied, which includes all settings and plugins.

Often you want to duplicate teh list, which includes all form processing, so it would be nice to have this copied as well, instead of a new form.

Perhaps you can add a checkbox in the copy screen to "[x] clone form"

Is that the only button label which is wrong, or are there others?

I'll leave it to rob to offer an opinion on how much work would be involved in adding a 'clone' option.
