Multiple Search Boxes on One Form

Is it possible to have one search form with multiple search elements? I would like to have one form but with multiple ways to search.

Here's my example, one table with a lot of info including a field for state, city, county.

I used Rob's example on how to build the search form and it searches off of the first field that I added - state - with no problem, works great.

I then added two additional search fields to the form
I copied city, & county and added them to the group the same way that I did the "state" element. These elements are configured exactily like the "state" element. When I do a search off of city or county it jumps to the main URL and shows the entire dbase?

Using j. 1.13 and the latest SVN 1062.

I searched the site so sorry if this has already been answered. Thanks for your help.

multiple search fields Fabrik form

Greetings I have a question in regards to building a search form.

My question revolves around making the search results match ALL of the search fields. I have three search fields (first name, last name & expiration date). The user has to fill out ALL three fields and I only want results where ALL three fields match, not just one or two.

How do I do this with Fabrik?

Thank you for an awesome extension and please keep up the great work!

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
