Need help - anyone for hire here? Simple task

I am trying to join 4 tables for a simple data dump, and it does't seem to be working correctly. Some data keeps repeating itself in every users list of data.

So anyone here good at making lists, and joins?

We just need to dump the data to an excel sheet.

On the Joins tab of the list, do you have the "Display Mode" set to "Each row separately" or "Merged"?

I have tried display mode in each row separately and merged, it is strange.

I will upgrade to the pro subscription. can you help me with this? It "almost" works right.
