noCaptcha validation fail fabrik form module

I'm having an issue with nocaptcha on the contact form module.
I have put in the public key and the secret in the backend, and nocaptcha shows ok and takes you through the validation process.
When it comes to actually submitting the form, I get the validation error 'some parts of your form have not been correctly filled in'

The label for nocaptcha is highlighted even though the 'im not a robot' box is ticked.
Any idea what could be wrong?

This happens in all browsers.

I've moved the thread.

I've never tried nocaptcha in a module.

Does it work on a normal component link?

I can't replicate, works OK in a module position for me.

Do you have AJAX submission enabled for the module? That's what I'm using.

Hi Hugh,
I have AJAX Submission enabled, if you want to have a look at the site you can, the address is www.mackie-transmission.com just let me know if you want to take a look, I have set captcha to standard for the time being just so that the contact form works. I'd need to set it back to nocaptcha.

Before I look, can you confirm whether it works if you have the form in a normal component link?
