"Not auth. to view resource" - but think I followed SVN 232 instructions

Using Fabrik 1.06 SVN 1002

Tried to follow instructions per SVN 232 post by Cheesegrits:

but still comming up with "you are not authorized to view this resource"

The detail would link to the static page:
http://therealtyinsider.com/content/view/52/76/
with the {rowid} appended as ?rowid=726 or in full:
http://therealtyinsider.com/content/view/52/76/?rowid=726

Is this a problem with SEF?

P.S. Interested because I will need static content to create custom code to launch the "detail" link in a lightbox.

And make sure you give me enough details so I know which table you are linking from, where to find it on the front end, etc.
