On Add ERROR 0 dompdf not found

When I click add/view/delete/edit on a list to add a new entry I get forwarded to an error page that shows Error 0 Dompdf library not found. Same issue when clicking on direct link to form

Did you enable the "Show PDF" button on the lists and forms?

If so, you'll need to do a full github update (see wiki) to get the DOMPDF lib installed. We don't include it with the core install, as it's about 20MB (mostly the font files).

If you don't need PDF, turn off that button.

We probably shouldn't toss an exception like that just for trying to show the button, only when actually trying to generate a PDF, but ... it is what it is ...

The PDF option is set to hide. This problem also occurs in the back end.

I believe this may be a ACL issue I created a new list and connected the table and am able to view add delete in the new list.....

Is this an "old" list (i.e. created with a former Fabrik version)?
Did you try to set PDF button to "Show", save, reset it to "Hide"?

I think I'll probably modify that code so it only throws the exception if you are actually trying to render a pdf, and just shows a warning if you are showing the button. Although I can't do it right now as my local repos are a bit of a mess.

I just realized that this is the Fabrik3.0/J! 2.5 community forum.
Are you really on J! 2.5?
