RADIO BUTTONS THAT DISPLAY THE FIELD STATE

Hi,
on a project we have a fabrik form with a radio button for "ACTIVE / DISABLE" option on a certain field.
When the user choose ACTIVE fabirk put "1" in the table otherwhise put "0".

I'd like to know if is possible let the user edit the row and display the radio button with the choise he mase previously selected.

MEAN
If i choose ACTIVE when i submit the form then when i EDIT the record i see the radio button on ACTIVE selected.
If i choose DISABLE when i submit the form then when i EDIT the record i see the radio button on DISABLE selected.

That should just happen automatically.

Can you make sure the 'id' (primary key) element for the form is published?
