Show in a form the related data if exists

Good morning,
a red a lot bu I didn't find what I need.
I'd like to have a form to record the presence of people and where I insert a personal code in a field and I press "ENTER" the form show me the information of that people.
I've made 2 tables, one for the stampings and one with the list of the people.
but I can't find the way to have a validation in another table
someone can help me?

well, it's not exactly what I'm looking for.
I need a way to show the employer data (foto and name) when they insert their code. (also with a button)
It would be nice if it can be displayed on the right side of the form
