Simple Form will not Load

Hi Rob/Hugh

I have a very simple test form (just a welcome message) linked to a menu.
Naturally this works perfectly locally but any attempts to link to a FabriK form on the live website (not hosted by me) results in a 500 Internal Server Error!

Now i know you are busy and this isnt strictly an issue with the FabriK component (which i love BTW) but any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Firebug Switched on and we have a big red Bold

Fabrik version 1.0.6

Can you point me at the page with the menu item on it?

Really, we're not supporting 1.0.x any more, but I'll see if I can see anything obvious.

I have PM'd the details to you..

I assume i am forced to use 1.0x because they are using 1.0x Joomla?

I'm also wondering if its permissions on the FabriK folders, they are currentl set to 666 (read/Write) but no execute?

Yes, Fabrik 1.0 only works on J! 1.0.x.

Shouldn't be a permissions thing, although having everything open for write isn't a great idea.

A 500 server error should record the details in your web / php error logs. See if you can find any likely looking errors.
