Subscription not registered

Hello.
On Monday, March 14, 2016 at 1:51 PM I made a Paypal payment for a subscription to fabrikar.com Monthly Standard User for ?20 but this is not reflected in my account. I received an confirming email from Paypal and another from you.

Can you help me fix this?

I'm working on it. For some reason I can't find that txn-id in any of our tables, so I've had to ask @rob to check on PayPal itself (I don't have access).

I can't help with the privileges (did you try to log out, clear browser cache, log in again?)

But you can post your questions in the community forum, it can be moved to standard if the issue is fixed.
