SVN error

I am unable to download files using SVN client (bith on linux and Windows), it gives "bad request". Can any one suggest me some wayout. Error is produced below signature.

The only times we've seen this in the past has been when the person is behind a corporate firewall/proxy that messes with the port 80 data.

Does that sound like it might be the case?
